1. Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for most of our jewelry items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The product should be free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, tags, manuals, or documentation that came with the product.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase must accompany the return. This can include an order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt from a transaction.
- Return Process: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Products that have been worn or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@axora.site or call us at 727-441-4710 to request a return authorization.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, and the reason for the return, along with a description of the item being returned.
- Step 3: Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item and a return shipping address.
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and documentation. Please ensure the item is protected from damage during transit.
- Step 5: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If the returned item meets all eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
4. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate the exchange for a different product, if available. In cases where the exchanged item is priced differently, we will issue an additional invoice or refund as needed.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly accept the return and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. To qualify for this, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. In your communication, please include:
- Photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
- A brief description of the issue.
Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label, and your return will be processed with priority. We will either send a replacement item or issue a refund depending on your preference and product availability.
6. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, international customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable and will not be covered by AXORA.
